realms (6003): Download limit reached

in minecraft realms i downloaded my map.I forgot that i turned it to peacefull and wanted to update my settings to easy.Then i decided to re download my world.I pressed 'download' it says realms (6003): Download limit reached.I though i should delete the copy then make another one,maybe that would fix it?No.It still said realms (6003): Download limit reached
i tried about six more times it still said realms (6003): Download limit reached

can i have any help on resolving this issue im having?
