Minecraft sign text items and terrain are going white also blocks go white or invisible at an angle

What I expected to happen was to have the items,terrain,sign text and blocks to be normal looking

what actually happened is that minecraft items,terrain, sign text and blocks to be normal

Steps to reproduce
1. Go into any minecraft world
2. Get an item in your hand
3. Its white!
4.Look at a block at a specific angle
5.When you look at it at a angle its whit or invincible!
6.Place down a sign
7. Write some text
8. press done
7 the text is white!
