IDs like minecraft:water minecraft:lava minecraft:fire minecraft:portal don't work

For example, if you write "/give @p minecraft:water", the console says: "There is no such item with name minecraft:water". It is the same with /setblock /replaceitem /summon etc...

It is very bad for mapmakers, because there are a lot of ideas that use these blocks.
