iron golem fails

i was building a iron golem, pumkin last and iron T, nothing spawn, this is related to the multleplayer versión, but this is singerplayer, i propleby a dube but forgive me for that, i dont have time for it,however, i will search it up now, cause i forgot, but lets go back, why are the iron golems not spawning? it is
