Messed up Textures (Stairs and Fences)

What I expected to happen was...:
The textures would be normal and look nice

What actually happened was...:
Stairs: The textures look sort of like the textures where artifact-ing, going diagonal and where distorted into straight lines not the textures that are usually there, kind of painful to look at.
Fence: texture was vertical line that look distorted.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place two or more fences next to each other in a north/south direction, also applies to east/west.
1. Place a stair in any orientation other than upright facing west.
