Phantom Blocks

I thought that when I broke a block I just placed (in creative while flying up and looking up in a 1 by 1 hole i dug) that there would not be a 'ghost block'

There was a ghost block

0. watch video (its hard to explain in text, but ill try.)

1. dig big hole (1 by 1)
2. fly up
3. (do this as you're doing step 2) place colored glass pane and quickly break it
4. try again if you dont succeed
5. obsterve ghost block
6. ignore all spellling errors.
