Chunks loading slower than the player in spectator mode.

I was wondering around in spectator mode ( seed 2934281240562279304) and I sped the spectator mode up massively.The chunks didn't load quickly enough, so therefore you could literally see inside the chunks. I was using a 16 rendering distance at the time, so I decided to turn the rendering distance to the max. It made it better, but it looked horrific! So I turned it back down to 16, and the horrific looks persisted! I left the game and turned it down to 2 rendering distance. It looked better, but made it worse. Please turn the spectator speed down. ( It isn't a bug, just can't edit the issue type.) Sorry for the excessive text. And the excessive pictures.
