There is a weird stair glitch... The same thing is happening with redstone...

If you place a stair while facing east, the stair looks fine, any other direction, the stair glitches out.... Also if you have turned/curved redstone lines, the redstone lines glitch out... I don't know what causes this glitch/bug to happen. D:
