Heads with different owners

Whenever I try to get a skull (Using /give <player>/@p minecraft:skull 1 3

{SkullOwner:<owner>}

), if the owner is myself, or there is no owner, everything is ok. But, when I add a different owner (I tested with multiple owners, and made sure their nicknames were correct), it completly lags my client, makes Minecraft stop answering, and when it comes back, it turns into a Steve head, that cannot be placed.
After the second time I run the same command, with the same owner, it still lags, but then it updates to the head's owner.
