blocks,particles and main screen?

I had this for years and I’m fed up of this happening,please fix this bug seriously.

big glitches list

1. main screen black and white glitches.
2. beacon light off and on when turning players head.
3. missing transparent texture on block when holding.

p.s: I am trying to sort this out my self on the option page but not working.

also for public viewers have you got this bug before?
