Fullscreen Issue in game and options menu

Minecraft is fine until i either go into a game or the options menu which makes the games resolution about a 6th of what it normally is making it look like the game is extremely zoomed in however the buttons still function and even though the bug is happening the buttons hitbox remains in the same place
