Torch highlight flickering

What I expected to happen was...
When I placed the cursor over the torch it was going to highlight the area around the torch and only the torch.

What actually happened was...:
It highlighted the area around the torch along with a flickering one just beside the torch

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Place torch down on ground or on wall
2.Hold cursor over torch
