/debug chunk does not return success/failure message

Steps to reproduce

• Type /debug chunk and then a set of random coordinates (or just 3 tildes).
• Observe your chat

No success message. This is actually quite annoying because Im trying to figure out what the /debug command does, and the lack of success message doesn't help.
