Snowball doesn't use the InGround NBT Tag

Hi,

When throwing a snowball on the ground, it never validate the tag InGround

/scoreboard players set @e[type=Snowball] InGround 1

{InGround:1b}

Of course, this command is ran on a fast clock (20t/s) but nothing works and spaming snowballs don't work either.
