Sound engine crash

Sometimes the sound engine seems to crash when loading/playing a sound file. Usually when breaking a stone type block. I have to restart the whole client to make the sound work again. The sound crash occurs every 10-15 minutes at most.

Other info.
-Using enchanted diamond pick.
-The world was recovered from corruption.
-I don't remember the exact version i first noticed this bug in. Maybe 14w30 ish
