The /give command doesn't work on certain items

The /give command doesn't work on certain items like: minecraft:end_portal, minecraft:portal and i haven't tested out other items but I'm sure it's a bug

Please fix it in the next snapshot

(The commands I'm using are: /give @p minecraft:end_portal and /give @p minecraft:portal)
