cant see uncube blocks

about 2 days ago I installed minecraft on my laptop after I had already had it on my normal computer, all was normal until I saw from the side grassy dirt blocks are solid green, torch's have 2 diagonal lines going throng them, also tall grass and wheat are very fuzzy, and I cant see through the holes in the doors. I would live if this was to be fixed it would make playing minecraft allot more enjoyable. thank you very much for reading about my issue
