Invisible blocks

When my brother flew around a SkyBlock based map in Creative he flew under the sand under which was placed sandstone. When he flew under it he noticed that it's transparent. <- happens only when "Use VBOs: Off", but he also noticed that Minecart with TNT has only lower half visible and it's independant on the settings. Also when he placed a sandstone next to the glitched sandstones then the highest layer of sand on that cube disaspeared and began glitching.

-STEPS TO REPRODUCE-
I was unable to reproduce any of the problems however on that map every Minecart is that glitched

NOTE: The resourse pack doesn't have to do anything with the issue, it was replicated even without it. The resource pack is hand-crafted from 14w32d.jar
