Slime block sound bug

Slime blocks do not make placing or destroying sounds when 'hostile creatures' volume is off. This is likely because it now makes the same sound as hurting a slime.

To replicate:
1. Turn 'Hostile Creatures' volume to off in the music and sound settings.
2. Place/destroy a slime block and see it doesn't make sound.
