Minecraft crashes going to the Nether

Hi,
I've been searching for the similar problem, and the answer was update your Java version. I did so and confirmed that I have Java 7. I've been successfully going to the Nether until suddenly Minecraft started crashing whenever I pass through the portal and the downloading terrain screen appears. I've attached the crash report.
