/kill does not tab autocomplete with a player's name

When typing /kill and then attempting to autocomplete the following argument with the tab key, it does not input your player's name like other commands, for example:

/give (press tab) will come up with your player's name

/entitydata (press tab) will come up with your player's name

but /kill (press tab) will not come up with anything. The autocomplete still does not complete a player's name when typing it halfway.
