Can't feed any animals

Actually affects MCPE 0.9.5, but JIRA does not present MCPE on the list of projects for creating an issue. I am hoping it can refiled correctly.

I am using an iPad.

To recreate the issue:
1. Create survival world on MCPE.
2. Place two sheep, cows, or chickens in a small enclosed space with fences
3. Attempt to feed the cows or sheep wheat, or the chickens seed by clicking on them while holding that material.

When I do this I hit the animal instead of feeding it. If I repeat, the animal is killed. I do not get an interaction button, like I do when I go to shear sheep.
