Mobs cant path find on snow

Mobs seems to have a huge trouble moving on snow. They just jump around and some times get a little closer to the player. This also effects passive mobs like chickens when you hold seeds they cant move to you. As far as I know this only happens on the thing snow layer blocks but as there is a couple biomes covered in them I think it is a problem. Thank you for taking the time to read this!
