Minecraft crashing when elder guardian makes sound in ocean monument

This error occurs every time the Elder Guardian sound starts that gives you the mining debuff, as soon as i hear the sound, minecraft crashes. This only happens on my computer.
I've uninstalled and re-installed java 10 times.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I just hang out in an ocean monument and wait for the sound.
