Phantom blocks after teleporting then breaking

Repro Steps:
Step 1 - Place a sign, enderchest, and enchanting table at spawn (for me this was x=-222, z=+222)

Step 2 - TP far away. I.e.
/TP 2000 100 2000

Step 3 - TP back
/TP -222 80 222

Step 4 - Break the sign, enderchest, and enchanting table. They break but don't visually update and these phantom images stay until you refresh (F3+A) or log out/in.
