If fences are place fast enough, they won't appear until a block update occurs next to them

When Messing around with the new fences to see what they looked like, I discovered that when they are placed fast enough, this happens. Only tested with Acacia wood, will test with others now. Also, if this is a bug, I searched for "Fences 14w32d"
