When I die on Minecraft Pocket edition I spawn underground in a cave that has no way to get out.

When I die on Minecraft Pocket edition I spawn underground in a cave that has no way to get out. Before I died I did sleep in a bed in my house and it was not obstructed in any way. I tried closing the app and then restarting and it spawned me above ground for a second before transporting me back underground to the same cave. It's version 0.9.2
