fences too expensive

due to the new fences added into minecraft, the crafting recipe has been changed. This, however, has caused an imbalance in the cost of fences. Previously, the recipe was 6 sticks for 2 fences, with fences costing 3 sticks each. The new recipe is 10 sticks (4 planks, 2 sticks) for 3 fences, so fences cost 3.33333... sticks each. To fix this, 3 planks and 3 sticks can be used instead of 4 planks and 2 sticks. So 9 sticks (3 planks, 3 sticks) for 3 fences, keeping the original cost of 3 sticks per fence.
