Peony pops out when breaking tall grass from bottom

In my let's play, when I break a tall grass from its bottom, a peony pops out then dissapears after a slight second. I don't know if this is a bug, but it is really annoying me.

PS: I cannot take a screenshot because the peony appears too fast.( You might wanna try it out)
