Teleporting EnderCrystals doesn't work until you relog

If you teleport an EnderCrystal using, for example, "/tp @e[type=EnderCrystal] ~ ~1 ~", nothing visually happens, but if you relog, the EnderCrystal has teleported. It's a similar issue to the one I last reported.
