/give doesn't allow for clownfishes, nor a lot of new items

Almost none of the new blocks can be summoned by the /give command.
Wether it's a clownfish or a wet_sponge, they don't like being summoned..
I guess they have a bit of a temper

(many other new stuff has the same problem too)
