MCPE 0.9.5 - Disappearing Chest & Duplications

Some chests disappear when I exit then reenter the game; others do not.

Duplicate number of items remain in certain chests after I remove them.

Seems to be connected to the area where I place the chest, as I have tried breaking then placing a new chest in the same spot and the issue persists.
