-deleted-Gamemode 3 gets players out of world border even if they change back into gamemode c

I intended for me to die if I went in gmc out of the world border.

I did not die but it allowed me back into the border but not out unless I went into gm3 again.Even people in survival can survive if they stay close to the border!
