Duplication glitch with chests

When I open a chest I put a item ( i.e diamond block ) in the chest then exit and open it again and grab it quickly it duplicates the diamond block ( or any other item ) so I suggest patching this bug so it will not create bugs from that bug.

This bug is on PE and PC
