Crash to desktop on reapplication of the Mining Fatigue affect

Game should keep working

What actually happened was...:
Crash back to launcher

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go near an ocean monument
2. Crash
3. Wait until the Mining Fatigue timer ends, Crash.
