Guardian Buff Make Game Crash

Well, Each time i'm near the Guardian Boss, in survival and he put on me the buff "Mining Fatigue 3" The game Crash, If i'm in creative, The buff don't come on me.

I try in singleplayer and multiplayer, That's make the same thing.

If i take off the Effect, And come back near the structure and take the buff, My game crash. Again and again.
