Chunk loading glitch

What I expected to happen was...:
So i was just testing some stuff with the new update on my own server. And joining was fine, buth when in turned my settings to 32 chunks it started to do somekind of weird loading glitch. This only desepired when i set it back to 16 chunks.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go make a own server via the .jar file.
2. Join that one server
3. Puth your render settings to 32 chunks
