Hoppers create infinite items and ghosts

When hoppers take an item, they often take the stack twice before it disappears, especially when the item lands on the edge. By continually doing this, it is possible to create infinite items/blocks. When you throw a 64 stack on, it will fill up until full, then when you pick it up, it creates a "ghost item" that disappears when used or stacked
