Enchantment Levels displayed incorrectly

When I tweaked some command blocks to give players enchanted gold armor at Unbreaking 15, the enchantment description said: Unbreaking encahntment.level.15 . This has not happened before because I gave myself enchanted boots at protection 8 which displayed at Protection VIII.

This only happens to enchantments that are above the normal Levels.
