Minecraft survival/creative textures bugged/glitched nothing wrong in minecraft.jar

Playing in survival i noticed some weird texture glitch to the items in my inventory,
I switched over to creative to see if it was only survival when i noticed the main frame of my creative inventory was bugged,
i have tried force updating, deleting all of my .minecraft,redownloading the launcher,different texture packs,mcpatcher and allocating more ram none of these have worked i looked in the minecraft.jar and the textures were fine
this has really confused me and i hope someone can help asap
