The Infinite Command Block

I was trying to make a read/write hard drive with command blocks until I discovered a bug in the F3 menu. The menu shows if a command block is triggered or not*cough*FALSE*cough*. When a command block is powered at all after being placed, it always shows triggered although it isn't.
