Unusual server crashes (related to entity data?)

A strange error occurs within the server at random times, causing the server to crash unexpectedly. I am unable to figure out what causes this, but I have included the crash texts for each incident.

The issue started ever since the server was updated to 14w31a, and has not happened in a version before this.
