Server/Players

Im guessing this is an occurring issue within other peoples minecraft. I dont know why, but whenever I do Minecraft 1.7.10, I cannot see player skins. I cant see them at ALL, but on some servers I can, and some have told me this is because some players that use the same version as I can see me and my skins, though others cannot. Some of my friends have even said they cant see my skins. EVEN MORE WEIRD, when i downgrade to such as 1.7.5 or below, I see everything fine. I would like help please! Thank you Jeb! I love your game, i love minecraft seriously, but I need this issue fixed at any moments notice please!
