1.8 tp error - tp with commandblock rapid pulser error

upper command block command : setblock ~ ~-1 ~ minecraft:redstone_block 0 destroy
right-side command block command : tp @a ~ ~0.1 ~

in 1.8 snapshot, new tp mechanism must make me move free(momentum preservation) - It is combined with 1.7 tp mechanism!
