Issue with Detector Rail & Piston

When one Minecart pass, Detector Rail will active and send signal to piston(with NOT GATE), so the Rail will be shifted to the next block.

But though I've removed the cart, the signal didn't dissapear. So as seen in the picture I posted, piston won't go back its position. (Even after I removed Detector Rail, It doesn't dissapear)
