Chunk Render Above 18 Render Distance

When using Minecraft Snapshot 14w31a,
I started a New World and once I increased my Chunk Render Settings above 18 i recieved several texture errors along with animal model size issues.

If the Chunk Render Setting is 18 or below there is no problem .
