"Random" Server crashes

Hello everyone,

since I updated a snapshot-running server of mine to 14w31a, I seem to get quite frequent crashes. I am unsure why this happens and how to reproduce it, since I haven't gotten any feedback from my users on the issue yet. I'll look into it, but I pasted two of the occuring crash-report for you:
