Frequent Crashes of the game

Very Recently My Minecraft worlds have been crashing and saying in the launcher after "Out of Memory". This has been happening for the last few days. Today i played on a server and the same thing happened again.

I cannot play the game 5 minutes before it crashes time after time.

Please can you help me??
