Block ID's + Damage values still show in F3+H

Since the Minecraft ID's have been remove, I believe Mojang is trying to remove the block ID's.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go into any world
2. Press F3+H (if you arent in ID mode)
3. Mouse over any item in your inventory
4. Observe
