Sign/Chest breaking animation pausing

Description:
Whenever the player starts to break a sign or chest, and then moves the crosshair onto a different block, the breaking animation on the sign or chest "pauses" in its last state. If the player hits a nearby sign or chest it will clear the animation.

How to Reproduce:
1. Place a sign or chest anywhere
2. Start to break it with any item or tool
3. Move the crosshair off of the sign/chest while still breaking it
4. The animation will freeze
